convertible top repair
 

does anyone know someone in jersey who repairs these hydraulic hoses on an 01 xk8 convertible? I had a little leak now the top stop working I believe it is out of fluid, the motor is working fine.

Gino, call Flemington Foreign car if no go try Authorized Foreign cars. Neither is cheap, I have more personl respect for Flemington Foreign car.

If no good there, give The Stable a call. They are a classic car dealer with a lot of restoration experience. Not likely you'll get an appointment with them but they freely give recommendations based on their experience.

Gino, from what I've read you will have to replace the hoses. Plenty of posts here for great sources.

Are you up for doing the job yourself?

I recall a thread or 2 discussing a gentleman who will fly anywhere in continental USA to replace hoses for flat fee.
