Door stuck in locked and closed position
 

Hello all, I’ve got a weird issue my passenger door (LHD) is stuck closed and locked. To preface all this, there is tension on the door handle and the electronics in it still “whir.” What I’ve done so far: I’ve tried using a slim Jim to try and open the door, I’ve tried using both the interior handle and exterior latch, tried pulling on the cable itself only. I’ve managed to somehow remove the door card for it managed to snag this picture. I don’t know what else to do to unlock the door. But no matter what, it stays locked. I’m assuming that it’s a door lock actuator issue

Be careful where you put your fingers with the battery hooked up.

John (to the garage) posted a cautionary tale / video showing him in agony when the window scissors bit and mangled his fingers. It can happen to anyone, just takes a second of inattentiveness.
