Every light On My Dash Is On
Car: Jaguar XK8 2001
Hey, once again making a post to aid my in the restoration of my xk8 I bought from Georgia.
I Finally changed the alternator and redid the wiring for it the correct way. Previous owner wired it wrong along with putting a junkyard alternator in that was already bad and squealing.
After putting the correct one in (denso) and a new lead head etc I had the correct voltage in the car (14.7) Finally! Install a new diehard 950amp cranking battery most expensive (for the car specifically).
But I'm still getting on the light on the dash but the car is running fine and the battery is charging.
Error messages like battery not charging, low oil pressure, low coolant etc. Check engine, battery light all of that are still on. Additionally the heat is still not working but when heat is off while the car is running heat on a very low fan setting is coming through as if coolant is still going through the auxiliary pump. But power isn't getting to it to work
So my question now is, should I check every fuse in this car? Service ECM even though the engine is running optimal? I need some guidance, alternator and battery has been eliminated as suspects, the previous mechanic/owner must have fried or blown fuses.

Also to add I found two unconnected cables in the trunk and opposite sides, if anyone has a diagram for the trunk wiring harness that would be nice

Different problems for different MYs were addressed in TSBs so there is no 'blanket solution' for many faults.
If your car fell into the INSTPK CAN bus fault, you could see if the service action was performed.
A 2001 is likely outside on the VIN range.

Thanks for the advice! I went ahead and removed the tachometer to swap with another to test and you were right it was the instrument pack stuck on two previous warnings and needed a reset. The gas gauge, and everything else now displays truly each error with the car.
I have a advanced obd so I could confirm. Battery light, engine coolant low were both false light's

Update: So apparently the cluster was changed and was not installed properly. If the yellow connection is installed improperly. It will not send the or receive the correct information and display false messages on the screen.
