Front shocks bushings

I have a 2002 XK-8 with 39000 miles on the odometer. The bottom bushings on the shocks are totally deteriated.
Can I buy replacement bushings for am I stuck with buying new shocks??
Please Help

You are in luck, they totally replaceable. I would do quick search here and you'll easily find a wealth of information on the subject.
