How do I remove my front shocks from the springs....help
 

Ok I am doing this as I am typing.... I've got my new shock tower mounts and shocks. I see how you replace the shock tower mount. But how do I get the shock out??? My car is torn down as I speak....someone please reply or call me (phone number deleted - GGG) thanks
