HP Tuners MPVI3

Has anyone plugged in one of these HP Tuners MPVI3 units yet? Even though they can't write to any of the Jaguar modules they are supposed to be able to read and log a lot of ECU/TCU data.
I'm hoping that there might be some cross-compatability with some Ford model of that era.

If it's not found on the site using Search it's probably not great...

The site list identifies the make/models that the MPVI3 can write to. Their literature says that it can read any make/model's OBD2 information.
I'm interested to know how much of the X100's canbus information it can access.

May need to buy one to find out. Maybe cheaper to get a Mongoose/etc.

That's not really something to shout about about given that any reader can do that.

Jaguar Denso ECMs have zero relation to any EECV. You will not be able to read or write to it period point blank

Denso PCM in these cars is not related to or part of EEC family.

Well that sucks!
Nevertheless, I have asked them to consider having their people address the X00 possibility. It would sure be great to have this tool for our cars.

Can you explain what you expect to be able to do with this?

Since I have one in hand for use with my GM vehicles, I was hoping to find some useful functionality with it for my '04 X100. It would be nice to have the self-same functionality as the GM vehicles, but that is improbable. The ability to read and reset codes would, at least, obviate the need to purchase yet another OBD2 interface.
