I got a call last Sunday from an old customer of mine; they needed help. I should mention, I am a nuclear engineer with 30 years experience and I co-founded and operate a small nuclear engineering consulting company. Anyway, I drove To Vicksburg, MS on Monday, the customer's nuclear plant is about a half hour south of Vicksburg, got a place to stay and when into the plant to help them startup. Turns out in the last 6 months their nuclear engineering supervisor and 2 of their 3 nuclear engineers (both with better than 25 years experience) had retired, leaving a kid that graduated a couple years ago as their only nuclear engineer. Yes, they needed help alright. To make a long story short, I'll be here "helping" them for the next 18 months, which gets me to the title of this thread. Does anyone know of a good independent Jag shop in this area? Jackson is about an hour away and they have a Jag dealership but I'd really like to find an independent.
