Intercooler Water Pump Options…

Intercooler Water Pump Options…
I have searched high & low for what would be best to replace my non-working (Stock) Hella Pump. Bosch seems to be the most common. With Bosch part # 010 being slightly better than part # 002. Research says 002 flows at 5.5 GPM with 4.5 PSI. I am not sure what stock is, my guess is the 5.5 would be better as it considered an upgrade pump. (I think)
Further research, I stumbled upon this:
Remote Mounted Electric Water Pumps | PRP Racing Products
A Pump from PRP that claims 25 GPM. My Cave man instincts says that this would be better than the Bosch. It looks like it would need to be hard wired, just as the Bosch is. Maybe there is something that I am missing, or its too good to be true (might not work with our vehicles)
Not sure if it makes a difference, but I have the 2.5 pulley, so I am looking for all the added cooling I can get.
Wondering if anyone can offer opinions / advice?
As Always, Much Appreciated!

I upgraded the lower pulley on my 2002 XKR, along with a upgraded intercooler radiator, that I bought from Eurotoys. I not sure if this was a Bosch pump or not. I do know that Eurotoys is a good company and these upgrades work well on my car. I would be concerned buying a water pump designed for a race car because on a race car it only has to work for one race and that is no indication of how long it will work when in daily use. I recommend that you call Eurotoys.

Without a chart showing flow compared to pressure and current draw, I would not go such a pump.
The 010 pump is a very good pump and sufficient for your needs. and better then the 002 version.
By the looks of the Eurotoys pump, it is a Bosch 002 one, you can see this from the connecting pipes. The 010 pump has slightly larger pipes, better sized for our pipes.
More important is to get a larger intercooler to get rid of the heat, not the thicker units some sell, so don’t go thicker than 32 mm, and use the full frontal area (mine is 600 x 380 x 32mm).
