Refitting the Window anti rattle strip, is this the correct location ?

Appears so, but you might want to push it on a bit harder on the right side before closing up. There is usually a clue to position if you look at the pattern of dirt on the metal.

Also, in the past I have cleaned and used a bit of contact cement to hopefully improve residence time.
