Leak help - got pics - oil and anitifreeze
First do you have anti freeze in the oil? Check your dip stick! If nit do you have a telescopic mirror and a flash light? I would suspect the antifreeze on the timing cover is from the coolant tower, or upper hose letting go. The mirror will let you know for sure. First if you can clean everything down first then follow the new trail. I have done this before and used everything from
q-tips. to raggs on the end of screw drivers to get it all. then you can just follow the trail. The oil on the rack I would gues is from the drivers side valve cover gaskets letting go. I just found that trail on mine. If you look just beneath the coolant resovoir at the fire wall and at the rear edge of the valve cover that is probably where the leak started.
If you do get new gaskets you should clean out the spark plug wells because they are sure to have oil in them. I used paper towels on long wooden matches to soak up an oil in the wells and them I blew them out with compressed air.
I would clean first then watch the trails start to form and go from there.
This is all easy to do just not any fun.
Hopefully its just gaskets and maybe a new cooling tower.

I agree with daadyo. but add that its also likely the cross over pipe orings. Ide pop for resealing the thermostat housing, crossover pipe orings and new cam cover gaskets. Ide also replace the thermostat too while youre in there. All bais, and normal stuff to need attention with time.
