I'm so happy with my high beam led rings I installed that I want to add them to the low beam as well.
Does anyone know that diameter? i would like to install to the interior og the chrome reflector like i did with my high beams. Like an idiot, I didn't have the foresight to measure the inside diameter of the chrome housing before I re installed the headlights. Really rather not have to remove again if I can help it.
I'm having my arden kit installed in several weeks so I'd like to add the led rings then since I can easily get the headlights out.
These come in many sizes and I'm also thinking about modifying my tail lights as well! I'm afraid it would involve carefully cutting red lense off the chrome housing as I can see no way to open. At lease the chrome trim edge would hide the cut perfectly. And a little clear silicone should re seal just fine.

I plan to photo and post the install of the small rings when I get them in. They, hopefully, will go in as easy as the large rings did. I used two part epoxy clay to hold in from the back.
As for the car, once I get the Arden kit installed in a few weeks, I'm posting a finished car thread. Get people's reaction. I'm really opening myself up to some harsh comments since I'm installing a paino black leaper on the bonnet and moving the badge to the lower grille.
Frankly, If I made it through installing one on my XF and most people actually liked it, maybe it will go that way for my XK8!!!!!
