Mine (2000 XKR) is single full length plug, module is located below the carpeted boot/trunk floor directly under where your pictured module is resting.
l think that pictured is parking sensor module.
On the 2005 I'm looking at, the modules are as baxtor described:- the parking assist module fits in the slot where the old lamp control module used to reside, and the Adaptive Damping module is bolted to the rear of the spare tyre well.
I guess the PAM is wrapped because it's not a good fit in the slot. I *think* its part # is LJE7352BB
@michaelh You are probably 100% correct. It is interesting that on the drawings I have, the only modules shown in the trunk are the SLCM and the Adaptive damping control module. Looked at both left and right hand drive drawings?
The module shows up in the module network drawing.
Am I blind or is it an oversight?
Thanks
The Electrical guides are pretty good, but there are errors, as you've found out. Sometimes a module isn't where the guide says it is, either.
A document search on a particular connector may give a clue:- e.g. BT4 & BT5 are shown as TRUNK / SPARE WHEEL WELL
Just Jaguar keeping us on our toes...
