New rims for '98 XK8

I want to replace the OEM rims on my XK8 but simply cannot locate a set of Apollo's. I'm, therefore, looking at a set from a 2003 X-type. They are Jaguar OEM 17" rims. Will these work on my XK8 w/o any modifications?

sorry, thats the wrong bolt pattern, most likely everything else too.

If you want to explore your options, look at this post for other models and their respective years that will fit the early XK.

sorry for the bad news... just be patient. I'm checking ebay from time to time for you.

I have a set of stock 18" rims off a 2001 XKR if you're interested. Send me a message if you're interested. Thanks!

Troy, since he is a newish member (and less than 10 posts), I doubt he has PM privileges just yet. You may try PMing him with your personal email included.

BTW, those are nice rims for a standard XK, its a good option.

Here's a link to one on ebay.

Troy, you can always come back after vajaguar contacts you, and edit out your email address. Don't want every yahoo off the street having it.

Troy, I sent you an email.

Thanks

I've been looking for a set of Montreal 20" alloys in the UK for over two years and they are impossible to locate at a reasonable price, for a second had set in average condition I was quoted £1300! I'll have to stick to my original 18" fluted rims for the moment, but how about spacing them out a little? When you compare an XK8 with a modern car the track is far too narrow - in my opinion.
