I wouldn't mind removing my side skirts and having a look what shape the sills are in underneath, giving them a good clean, etc. Can they be removed (and put back) easily?

 

There are maybe 9 press in clips underneath, held in with a centre pin, once removed you need to take he end cap off first, this at the rear wheel section, you then push the sill cover from the back forward along the car to get it off the clips. Fit back on the reverse of the removal
