Ok time for some upgrades.

Need suspension and brake work so I figured why not upgrade. Been on a bunch of sites so I have some idea of the direction. Mostly I need help with quality and best price. I know the two don't always go together.

BRAKES,
Rotors and pads.
Maybe calipers and braided steel lines.

SUSPENSION,
Shocks, lowering springs and front upper shock mount.
Poly bushings.
Wheel spacers.
Shock tower strut.

So there is my list. Any info on good or bad, waste of time etc... would be greatly appreciated.
I have 19" Apollos and do not want to loose them because of possible caliper choice.

19" Apolo's should work with the largest brakes available, so no worries there.

If you don't have CATS, Bisteins for shocks, Welsh Poly Upper Shock mount off Ebay, I bought nice drilled Rotors with Free shipping from Summit racing.

I have lowering springs from H&R. They are great and aren't so low the inside of tires wear funny.

Wheel spacers are controversial, but it you do get them, ONLY get the jag specific hub-centric ones with 1/2-20 lugs (and not the cheaper 12X1.5mm lugs) and slather the hub area with antisieze before installation.

Actually, I was surprised to read they are NOT:

100-22%2003%20XK%20specs.pdf

"Note: The 19 in Apollo is not Brembo-compatible and therefore cannot be
installed on the 2003 Model Year XKR."

That is surprising. Thanks for the this!

Good info thanks. On the fence about spacers. Maybe rear only.

So no upgrade with any calipers?

You already have the 325mm rotors which is the largest non Brembo size (355mm).

Early cars only have 305mm Front Rotors.
