Here are the pictures of the lamp module with the resistors burnt any help on identifiying them so I can buy them would be a help. unfortunatly the one i am most interested in i cannot read,Thanks

If that's a silver band third from the top they're all 0.56 ohm
Blue Green = 56, silver = x 0.01
You need to find out why it's cooked though
What happens is each tail and turn goes through one resistor and both number plate and both side markers through another so six in all.
The voltage drop across them is sensed to see if the bulb is working.
It's probably a bit more complicated than that because 0.56 ohms produces quite a hefty voltage drop but you can bet all the resistors are the same value.
You should be able to get spares from Radio Shack or similar but find out what fried them first.

Just to add to Steve's description, judging from their size, they are probably 2 or 3 Watt resistors. You can go up in wattage (such as 5 watts) but do not go any lower. Also a close value, such as .50 ohms will likely be fine.

Thank you guys, bit of solder, 20cents of fuses and all working perfectly. As for how i fried the resistors in the first place, I wanted to change how the tail lights look by having the tail lights on the outer most side of the rear light assemble while having the stop light in the middle, I must have shorted the the resistor out. Anyway that saves forking out for the lamp control and leaves me cash to get automatic window risers.BTW any ideas on what is causing the dash lights to stay on???? Its a problem not even the guy from the dealership has a clue about... Thanks Again

Have you tried turing the little dimmer switch knob on the left side of the steering column clockwise?

Glad it worked.
