?Replace seats vs replace leather on seats?
 

I've found full replacement seats on eBay for about the same as getting new after market leather covers. Every picture of leather cover replacements installed seems to show the leather simply not being as nicely pulled across as what the factory did.

In addition, I'm toying with the idea of getting different colors for more contrast.
My color is cashmere (SDZ) but I'm thinking black seats, with black armrest and then getting black floor mats.

Suggestions? I'm not getting any real inquires on my XKR coupe being up for sale and I'm incline to keep it and do what I can afford to make the interior feel nicer.

I like the black and cashmere idea, in fact I started something similar with my own black & cashmere car.

My plan was a black insert in the seats, but full black seats would work too and certainly easier if you can find a set for a good price.
