Seat Belt Buckle help needed
I need to replace the wiring going to my buckle as I have a 5-1 flash code.
I tried using moderate force to split apart the two sides of the clam shell but no joy.
Does anyone know a good technique to split it without damaging it?

I had the seat out yesterday to get a good look at it again, it is not the connector as I took that apart and gave it a clean. I will give it a blast with compressed air and see if that helps.
If not I will just need to force the shell off and rewire, the fault is intermittent and "feels" like a wiring issue.

RD, I wait on your solution, as I have tried everything short of taking it apart. I have the 5 2 and can't see a wire connected to the buckle. Had the seat out on two occasions with no luck getting the light off.
I have learned to ignore it, but she who must be obeyed, "why it that light still blinking", has put it into a different priority.
