Throttle body and part load breather questions
Hi guys!
The victim is a 2000 XKR, with an almost swapped in 4.2 XKR engine.
My first question: on the 4.0 R throttle body, there is 2 coolant inlet/outlet. A hose from the upper left one comes from the EGR valve underneath, but the other - in my case - is missing.
Can somebody tell me where should the other hose connect, at best with a picture too?
(I know this is from an XK8, this is an illustration)
Other question: My part load breather hose was also missing, from the engine. I ordered one, and I believe this one on the 4.2 engine doesn't exist, but this hose has a part that goes down "somewhere".
What I want to know, that the 4.2 XKR engine does have crankcase ventilation, which would connect to this hose, or I have to block this end of the hose?
