Where can I find factory OEM XK8 Floormats?

Hi,

Looking for a tan set of floor mats for my 97 XK8 Coupe, anyone have any suggestions? The dealer said they discountinued these mats.

Thanks!

Check w/ Nalley Jaguar, ask for Dan. He said he could get me '03 mats, wouldn't hurt to give him a shout.

E-Bay is another option.

LLoyds

I bought a set of Lloyds mats - available many places on the inernet - for my Corvette (<$100) with custom custom embroidery. You should be able to find NO TAX and NO SHIPPING easily. The Jaguar ones (front only) were about $140 as I recall.

Lloyds mats will not put anything related to Jaguar on their mats because they are not licensed by Jaguar. I bought some great fitting berber mats that were almost a perfect colour match. Also had the attachment rings in the mats to hold them in place.

Here are the mats I bought last year: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/s...ad.php?t=19408

There are probably better ones out there, but the fit on these is great, and that was my primary concern.

I have bought other aftermarket mats and the quality was soso when compared to the OEMs,but these were almost as good as the one that came with the car.

I have a 1998 and l called the local Jag dealer said up through 2009 will fit, they were only 154.00. Compared to what I see on the net that's not a bad price from a dealer; which I rarely use.

I am fat dumb an happy with New mats!

Holy old thread bump, Batman! :p But equally relevant, especially to me. I have a set of Lloyds in my AutoZone.com cart right now, I think $115 for the front pair using coupon code REWARDS20 until 5/25/14. That eBay seller is also still around and may have nearly as good quality at half the price- I'm now watching those and may end up doing them instead. My OE mats have about had it.

Chris - I just tried that site and the only color option I get for the mats is burgundy. Have you tried and do you get the same selection?

Jag#4 05-16-2014 07:34 PM

Haven't used them myself, but GGBailey.com Custom Auto Car Mats lets you customize your mats for a very reasonable price.

Another vote for Lloyds mats. Superior quality, tighter and better fit than the factory mats, many color choices, and a good price. When I installed the Lloyds mats in my wife's XK8 back in 2012, I put her factory Victory Edition thin mats into a plastic bag, hung them up in the garage, and haven't looked at them since....

Sklimii, you can find Tauni_XK8 talking about his source only several posts above :icon_naughty:

He states, "I have a 1998 and l called the local Jag dealer said up through 2009 will fit, they were only 154.00. Compared to what I see on the net that's not a bad price from a dealer; which I rarely use."
Cheers!

Here is the part number from the packing, call and ask for that specific number maybe that will help.

Mine were 164.83 with tax

Tauni_XK8 05-21-2014 05:31 PM

Not so fast on ordering that part number. I just went downstairs to put them in and they do not fit my 1998. I will go back by the dealer tomorrow and let you know what I find out. My apologies for believing the parts guy :-)

Steve- I still see black in my cart, so I'm assuming that color is still available (unless I'm holding the last pair, ha! but I'm indecisive at times). Try choosing your car as a XKR and XK8 both maybe?

I will likely go the eBay route with that $10 plush option. I'm not interested in a Jaguar logo.

Did you ever get the OEM mats. I would like some for my 2006 XKR in black. If you have the part number it would help

Richxk8 10-04-2015 11:25 AM

Bought these from: DCR AutoParts - Independent Jaguar Parts and Accessories Specialist in the UK, also come in Black.
