Default xkr m112 supercharger rear bearings

Hey Guys,

I started my lpg installation today. Upon removal of the supercharger i noticed scraping at the rear of rotor vanes. I have ordered new bearings from powerhouse, as also a solid coupling.

My question is, will those scratches cause loss of power ?

Best Regards Samuel

Also forgot to mention, there was a bit of engine oil everywhere inside the charger and throttle body. Is this normal ?

Never had the rotors out of an eaton, so can't say whether that amount of scrubbing is normal or not.

But on the oil, that is normal. The inside of the charge coolers on my car were a mess after 70k miles.

It was enough to convince me to clean them out with solvent and put in a catch can so it wouldn't happen again.
