Default Repost from XF side

Does anyone have past experience doing an R&R of the lower crank pulley and tensioner on a 2014 XF. I have had trouble in the past removing the under trays so how-to's on that process would also be greatly appreciated. Planning on upgrading the pulley, but the only way I can do that and the tune is to save on the labor cost. It's either DIY or wait another two months because the leggy blonde has uncovered my plans and will raise hell if I dip into the dress budget...plus..i havent cursed and scrapped my knuckles in a long time..the soft life is making me fat .... and soft.

Can't really help on the XF. On the F-Type, removing the mud panel and replacing the lower pulley from the bottom, and replacing the belt and tensioner from the top is all straight forward. Available clearances to work probably differ on the XF.
