Hi Everyone,
Well, I'm back again having been out of this for over a year with serious health issues In the mean time, I just sold the '01 XJ8 and
replaced it with a beautiful limited production '94 XJS-V12 coupe. Bought from the 2nd owner with only 53K on the clock. Garage kept it's whole life, black with barley leather, no dings or scratches. The seller tells me that in '94 only 70 of these coupes were made in both left and right hand drive, 14 of which were imported to the USA. As soon as I can take some photos, I will post in my garage.
I did a lot of research on these XJS-V12's and the general consensus is that the "93 on with the 6 litre engines were the best of the lot. I hope that is true. Have read some horror stories about the early cars.
I would love to communicate with other owners of coupes/convertibles with the V-12 engines and surely you guys will be able to answer my many questions..
