Does it have an in tank pump? I thought they used external SU pumps, could be wrong though!
There's a place in Scottsdale airpark that I've heard good reports about but have no first hand knowledge. You probably don't need a Jag place to clean the tank maybe these guys? http://www.crsphx.com/services/fuel-tank-repair

I think it's this one British Automotive Repair - Welcome another possibility Daves Import Service and the one Charlie suggested Sports & Collector Car Center | Full Automotive Service in the Valley | Sports & Collector Car Center I have no first hand experience of any of these but have heard others recommend all three at various times.
