Default Horns are missing.....please assist

I just acquired a 2004 Jaguar X-type (LHD).

I noticed the horn wasnt working so I started the investigation.

The horns are missing. Can someone verify that the horns were mounted facing forward on the metal tabs that extend from the bottom of the battery tray?

I didnt know I bought a car without horns. :-)

Darn.....I missed your offer by 10 minutes. I just ordered a used set of horns from Ebay. But thanks for the offer.

But I still need a wiring harness for my fog lights. I just noticed that I have fog lights......but no wiring. There is a disconnected wiring connector hanging below the battery tray (appx 10 wires) that looks like it might be for the fog lights.

Its difficult to figure things out when parts are missing. I dont have a point of reference.
