I would like to take a moment to introduce AJ Motorworks to you all.
We are a small company dedicated to the performance and longevity of the jaguar AJ Series V8 engines. We also have several products for the XK and XJ series as well. How this pertains to you? We have been progressing steadily forward with a 15-HU “Dana 44” differential swap kit for the 1997 – 2002 XK series cars. These differentials are factory equipment in the 1985 to 1993 XJ6 VIN#500001 to VIN#667828. In the process we have created a set of 30-spline flanged alloy stub axles made from 1541-H induction hardened material. These axles will allow the install of a Eaton Detroit Truetrac differential. The Truetrac differential allows installation of the stock jaguar gear set. These stub axles do not come with bearings, bearing retaining collar, seals or studs. This is the bare stub axle only sold as a set. Each axle is threaded for studs.



Future development of a 3 bolt 15-HU “Dana 44” 26-spline pinion flange is planned for swapping any gear set desired into your XJ6 utilizing standard Dana 44 ring and pinion gears.
