I am after a lift from Launceston airport to Deloraine possibly on Sunday 12 April if possible.

Flights arrive at 8.30 and 9.30 and the bus to Deloraine doesn't go until 1.30.

A taxi is about $70 -$80 which I am happy to pay but not sure about convincing a cab to go down there for a one way fare.

I am happy to give a fellow member some $ for petrol money if necessary.

If things get desperate you might want to consider a limo service. Sounds ***** but they are pretty competitive with cabs these days, and at least you know they will be there, what the bill is and they generally dont smell :-)

Before we went bush we used to use a limo service to get to Tulla. In those days cab $75 limo $100.

I will consider it. Although not popular with some I tried to look into Uber in Tassie.

Worse comes to worse I will just get a cab.
