Hi all sound from my speakers has stopped working the volume goes up and down but nothing is coming out of the speakers.

 

What is the year for this Jag? Still under warranty? Infotainment system?

 

Fuse? What else is dead?

 

I had a similar issue when we bought back our used 2018 E-PACE P300 R-Dynamic. (Yeh, not too many people sell a vehicle then buy it back years later.) Regardless, I had to take the vehicle into the dealer to have the software rebooted. That cured the problem.

 

Mine did the same thing a few weeks ago. But turning the car off & restarting it rebooted the system. Hasn’t done it since

 

So wait… the OP never restarts his car? Always leaves it running?
