i would be afraid to have a convertable. they dont look very safe in a roll over.

While I whole heartedly agree with the sentiment, I should think that as a proper British car, the E-type merely has to be seen and not call attention to itself by rude vocalizations. (ahem)

If does scream anything its through the roar of the exhaust winding through the gears!

This is just my opinion:
I have never liked the E-Type, I hate the windshield, the rear end, and the headlights!
