Hi there, I have a brand new cylinder head with rocker box covers complete with new camshafts, these are all genuine jaguar parts and the cylinder head is dated 1965. I would like some help determine if it is for a 4.2l or a 3.8l straight 6, these are my grandfathers parts and he has past away unfortunately. If someone knew the part numbers to distinguish them, Many thanks.

Do you have the rest of the engine and car? There are a series of numbers toward the front of the head. Post a pic.
