Nice car!! XKEs seem to be very scarce in MI!! I'm also in MI (Detroit area) and currently working to restore a 70 Roadster. Its been close to impossible finding others including mechanic shops working on XKE's here so I'm always on the hunt for local XKE people. I sent you an email with a bit more follow up. .
