Default Loss of profile and soft ware issues

Tony - just collected my ipace - it will not hold my profile and seems to have other software instability issues - adaptive cruise works on and off - YM 2021- just updated by factory plus change to charge point recall…

Looks like a firmware issue, they may have missed out some of the module updates and only done half job.
a lot of the dealers do not like the I pace or they do not fully understand this type of equipment.
they are more of a PC on wheels and not an ICE.

Yes thanks, that seems most likely.
The original delivery took the dealer Guy Sslmon a day and a half to hand over the car - they could not get it working.
it still did not work.
I returned it to Guy Sslmon 3 weeks ago with no improvement after they worked on it for 2 days
just been back with them again for 4/5 days and Jaguar Tech involved as well…
Needles to say -I am a Jaguar fan and greatly disappointed by very poor service and attempted delivery to me - the car is unfit for purpose and I may reject it. This depends on Guy Sslmon current efforts to deliver a car that functions???
