Looks like a complex problem: a wire fails, and the software doesn't accurately identify the problem and implements the wrong remedy causing the car to fail to start. The software issue will likely be addressed on your next service visit, but you might want to suggest they check the failing connection to keep it from happening in the first place. It is not an I-pace only problem as it includes the F-Pace, XE and XF from 1918 to 2023.
