Default Interior carpet color spray

has anybody tried this from Duplicolor. my carpet which is black is getting faded. does it work more like a paint or a dye as it is in a spray can I was thinking of using this but worried about it rubbing off on shoes and stuff. looks like it would be easy to use just do a good masking job

Why not try it on a spare piece of old carpet first and see what results you get.

I've seen crafts blogs where people use "Tulip" fabric spray to dye upholstery, but they seem to have difficulty getting a perfectly even color.

I used Burford's Vinyl & Carpet Color Spray with very good results.

I went from a light gray to charcoal. Still looks good after 2 years.

I used it on my Mazda miata and it works great! Looks like new carpet. Hasn't worn in two months.
I also used it to spray my XK8 headliner as well. Changed it to black. Did change the texture on the fabric but looks amazing!
