Certificate of Conformity duplicate request.
I'm writing to you in the hope that a duplicate Certificate of Conformity (COC) for my 2002 Jaguar XJ8 3.2 (X308) that I bought in Holland.
I need a COC duplicate so that I can register my Jaguar with the German authorities.
I read that this forum service is meant for UK customers, I do happen to have a UK address, as well a German address, so that qualifies me as a UK Customer.
Any help in pointing me in the right direction is much appreciated. I have been advised that some Jaguar Dealerships are charging between €130-€540 for the service of providing a COC. Now I don't expect to be issued a duplicate gratis, but due to the enormous difference in costs, I'm genuinely assuming that the jaguar service providers are not all singing from the same hymn sheet when pricing their costs.
