Hi all!
So I have decided to retreat from this particular fight and hopefully live on to win the war. My coupe is just too rough to be brought back from the dead in any sort of reasonable or cost effective manner. Also I have found a running / driving one that much better suits my need for a car that isn't yard art. 
1997 Jaguar XK8 Coupe in Sapphire over Cream that was running and sort of drivable till last week when I started to remove things. Engine has excellent compression and upper timing chain tensioners have been replaced. Body is super clean with minimal scratches and no crash damage. Interior is serviceable with many good pieces. Transmission is weak but salvageable. Clearcoat has failed on all the top surfaces, is coming off in sheets and will need to be striped. Suspension has 144k on mostly original pieces.
This will be a full part out with a few caveats: I am pulling pieces for my other coupe first as I determine what it needs so not everything may list. I am planning on posting each item here as it becomes available. I am willing to ship anywhere in the US and will try my best to ship internationally but please understand that some items may be problematic / impossible.

- As is where is, no warranties but I will do what I can to best describe condition / operation.
- Purchaser pays shipping but I am happy to bundle items to keep costs down.
- UPS is preferred shipper.
- I will try to include any hardware that I can salvage (nuts, bolts, cables etc.) but not everything may be possible.

I will check tomorrow but to my memory the housing is cracked in the same way all the others have. I will let you know ASAP.

The mirror in the parts car has already leaked and damaged the J gate on the shifter. Sadly the new to me XK8 I have replaced it with has a failed mirror as well, that while not having leaked yet has turned black inside and I sure is close to failure. If I run into one at the Pull a Part I will grab it for you as I have already ordered a new one.
