Scott,

I believe you will have to remove the front seat to access the bolt holding the buckle mechanism as well as the connector for the seat belt signal.

BTW, what condition are the front floor mats ?? Take a picture please and you can send directly to kenatofc@gmail.com or attach to this post.

I need the plastic seatbelt holder behind the driver side seat. The little clip you insert the seatbelt into on the side panel.
