Description:

This is a complete kit to convert your auto xjr/xj6 x300 1995 1996 1997 to a 5 speed manual. It includes:

-5 speed Getrag 290 manual transmission with the bell-housing, adapter plate, and fork selector
-Driveshaft yoke
-Clutch and brake pedal box (for RHD but can be bent for LHD)
-Clutch master and tubing
-Brand new Helix sports clutch
-9.5 inch flywheel
-manual ski slope with leather gator, gear knob
-manual transmission mounting plate
-new throw-out bearing
-all the little bits to make your job a breeze

Also, have the mass airflow sensor and an auto ECU available if required

How well would this handle a spicy 6 liter? If I had the money, not sure if I would do this, or some other aftermarket box, 290's are stout.

Hmmm. No idea but that 6L is quite a jump from a 4L ...

This looks like it could be a Simply Performance kit, check their website or with them if this would work with a 6 Liter.

Yes, it is there's. I couldn't salvage my XJR after I had an accident so I decided to sell the kit. I didn't even get a chance to open the kit...

Nope. Only the 4.0L I6 engine
