Ready to sell your WDS JLR SDD IDS… programmer?

We have three Jags spanning ‘97 – ‘06 and it is about time for me to invest in a programmer, something that covers those years and capable of deep diagnostics & programming keys. The ‘06 XKR seems to be in an immobilizer coma… key man spent a good hour trying to install 3 keys over and over again and finally got them to stick but wasn’t at all confident it would hold. I fired it up one time to park it for the winter and now no-crank.

Anyone hanging up their coveralls and want to cash in their vintage diagnostic system? I’d rather spread the wealth in the community than send it to China. I have Win 10, 7 & XP laptops- even kept an old 80286 desktop for prom burner.

I’m very appreciative for the DOZENS of .pdf files provided here and have spent the past couple weeks pouring over them and all related posts on the subject. What did we do before the internet and Bulletin Boards? Haynes? Motors Repair Manual? VOM was high tech once upon a time.

Unfortunately, what is currently on the ebay/google market does not instill confidence they’ll cover the complete decade of X100s nor function as advertised. If someone thinks there’s the perfect bargain unit out there, I’m all ears.
