This is a custom-made seat bracket from Flat Out Motorsports. It has a 3.5 inches rise and the total height is 4 inches.
I test it in the car there is no fitting issue, but I didn't end up using it. I underestimated the thickness of the plate so it turns out to be a bit too high for me, my head will touch the roof with my helmet on.
I am around 6'1 so I think this should fit somebody between 5'9 to 5'11 really well.
There is no bracket to mount the stock 3-point belt, so you either need a 5 or 6 points harness or you can drill a hole on the side mount of the aftermarket seat to make it work with 3-point.

It costs me $650(yeah I know it's a lot) to make this since there isn't that much aftermarket support for the F-type. I guess that's the price you gotta pay for playing with a non-popular car.
