Motor is in good shape, transmission runs great, transfer cases fine... rear catalytic converter is clogged, and blower motor is shot, otherwise she's almost a completely running car. 

Complete AC system, CV joints, and a few other random little pieces are all brand new

Yes we can get her into neutral, yes she has good tires and can roll, yes I have title in hand.
