Hi, you had a problem with your blower motor control module A while back. I have the same problem with mine. Do you happen to remember what the part number was? Also you had mentioned to email you so that you could walk me through how to get at it without taking the glove box apart. Any help would be appreciated, thanks, Kevin
Hi, I just checked my messages and saw this. Sorry that they were taking advantage of you. I told Bob he could change it out in about 5 minutes. The only dealer up here did me the same way on a Range Rover. I finally just got it back and repaired it myself. If the air conditioning drain is not fixed, it will do it again. If it does, he can fix it himself. And for a whole lot cheaper.
sure enough! after Bob spoke to service manager at dealership and mentioned the module , they said upon second look it is not the blower motor but the control resister module PART # c2z6538 AND THE COST OF THAT WOULD BE THE SAME as the blower ! we looked up part cost and it is 249.00 online Bob is very upset these jag people are giving us a lot of talk but no reduction in cost Tuesday is pick up day and any further advice to go to the dealer with is appreciated regards
