You are absolutely correct. I wasn't thinking clearly. The 35mm offset is like adding a 20mm spacer to the OEM wheel. The 45mm offset rear wheel in back will actually need an additional 7mm spacer just to get that wheel face back out to to the OEM face location, so you could safely apply a 20mm spacer to get what you want, pushing the face location out about 13mm. If you then went with 305 rear tires it would push the tire face out to a total of 18mm, which is still safe at standard ride height.
Using 35mm offsets in front is like adding a 20mm spacer to the OEM wheel (55mm offset). That will rub if you bottom out the suspension, so I would advise against lowering your car. Your 45 mm offset in back is like adding a 7 mm spacer to the OEM wheel (which is a 38mm offset). I would go with no more than a 10 mm spacer in the rear. Since it is that thin, you will need to install longer studs in rear hubs. At 15 or 17mm, there is enough room to separately attach the spacer to the hub before bolting the wheel to the spacer. With thinner spacers, you have to through-bolt with longer studs.
