    Hi Ian,
    I saw your post about your XK transmission on jaguarforums.com. I also have a 2012 XK with ~30K miles that makes a clunk sound when putting it in park. Did you have a CPO warranty on the car? Why did Jaguar cover the repair under warranty? I would thing a CPO warranty would be expired on any 2012.

    Anyway I am going to take mine in for the reflash and see what happens.
