Sorry for the delay in replying. for some reason, I didn't realise that I had been sent this message.

The exhaust is my own creation, but I can supply the exhaust manifold flanges, or even just the computer files needed to get them machined.
I have no personal experience of water/methanol injection, but the principle is sound, so should work if implemented correctly.
Bigger crank pulleys will increase low speed torque in proportion to the pulley increase, but the effect on power will be less.
