- I'm the owner of a 1994 xj6 4.0L Auto. It started to not start if I didn't move the gear shifter around a bit or not start at all. I was driving to work the other day and out of the blue it died, no indication at all it just turned off. it did the same thing a couple of times and now it will not start at all. I get a Fuel Fail 69 VCM code. I have check the battery and it checked out okay, so next is the neutral switch. Thanks every one!
