They came with the car when I bought it. My car had one previous owner so he might have done something to them but I have not touched them. I will be looking to sell them once I get gloss black wheels to replace them. I will keep you in touch.

It sounds like the car came in just in time then! Hope you're doing well. Times are tough right now, and I know you see that magnified in your line of work. When my tire blew on Friday, my husband and I walked almost 2 miles home carrying all of the car wash and wax goodies that we had with us. A police officer picked us up and drove us the rest of the way home. We were very thankful for that! Thank you for all that you do, too! Stay safe out there!

hey, just saw this now!. Yes they are tinted the max allowed in TX. I don't know the percentage, I just ask for max . Tinted windows here in TX is an absolute must and I like the look as well.
