Thanks for getting back to me. The things you have stated seem to line up with the info I've gathered. I really really like those wheels too. But over $5k?!?!?!?! I don't think I can justify that. But, damn they look great. My F-type is white and the maelstorms just work with it...in your pictures. And on the one site I found them on Maelstrom
I don't know if you agree, but all aftermarket wheels look like aftermarket wheels. The search goes on for the "perfect stance".
    Thanks again,
    Arpad

I had a 2017 SVR with Maelstrom rims that I sold in 2022 due to the warranty expiring and I loved those rims! In 2023, purchased a 2021 R from a dealer in Georgia with the black rims that I just couldn't get on board with. Missed the Maelstrom's so much that I almost spent over $5K to replace the black one's that were just too dark for my taste and hid most of the red brake calipers.

Sold the 2021 after a year and eventually found my current 2023 R with the Maelstrom rims in Bentonville, AR with only 2000 miles. You may be correct because I've never seen Maelstroms on any pre 2021 F-Type other than the SVR. 2021 and newer R's are basically a modern version of the SVR which is why I was told that my 2021 would accommodate them with zero issues. They seemed to disappear during model years 2021-22 and made a comeback for 2023-24.

Start a new thread and you'll get reliable answers from members that are more knowledgable with rims and offsets. Best, Jim

Hello Mr Portlander. I was looking at your post on adding the slats/splats/spats to the front wheel arches. What caught my eye was the Maelstorm wheels on what I am guessing is your car. I saw that you have 2023. Do the malestorms come as an option on that year? I have a 2017, and from what I read the malestorms offset doesn't quite work on the non-SVR cars on my generation. Are the offset needs different for 2023? Just looking into this because those are the only wheels that I would consider spending the money on. Just looking for some info. Thank you for your time.
