    Hello Steve,

I've got the same fire engine red 2001 XKR with the same wheels and from the looks of it the same interior with the nav system and everything. Just wanted to say hello to a fellow red Jag owner!

You asked me how I blew my engine and how many miles did it have on it. It had 59,000 miles on it. I hit a dip in the road and knocked a hole in the oil cooler.
All the oil leaked out throwing a rod threw the engine block. My luck. The message came on "check oil pressure" but that was like telling me, "when you get home have your husband check the oil". So I proceeded and the engine stalled out and the rest is history. Had to get an engine with more miles on it. Insurance covered it so I was blessed.

I have the same car! Same color too. I just ordered some floor mates from AutoETC and received them. They look good but I haven't been able to put them in my car yet as it's in the shop having a blown engine replaced. ( I enjoyed viewing your pictures.

Bassmania, the floor mats were purchased from an Ebay store called AutoETC.

    Ni Steve,

I really like those floor mats you have. Please tell me where to buy a set for my car. Thanks,

    Steve
