    Hi Albert,
I wonder if you ever resolved the vibration/ poor ride on your XJ. I have a 2011 SWB XJ supercharged, and it has been in for service 82 times ( Actual # of visits per service manager!) and the ride issue has not been resolved. Some vibration exists at lower speeds, but between 70-85MPH it is intolerable. I notice you also have driving experience on the track. I am a driving instructor with the Audi Club. I'm so frustrated....Thanks/regards, Bob

I recently purchased a 2011 XJ cpo from Rusnak in Pasadena and am questioning the ride quality. It rides real nice on a smooth road, but over center markers or small imperfections, the ride is terrible. It seems to be the front end. They ended up replacing the front sway bar bushings, but it didn't really help. My car has the 19" rims so I figured that should help. Really wanted to put on 20" rims but realize probably not the smartest idea now. I am thinking of replacing the front shocks to get rid of the slight knock? Did you ever find a solution for your xj ride quality? If so, what was the solution?
    Thanks
    John

No difference between ride or handling re suspension. I have the V6 now had V8 there is a difference is acceleration, V8 better.
Roof creaked in 2011 forever. 2013 was good for a year now a bit of a problem.

    Hi
do you think a 75-100 shot of Nitrous would hurt a 2007 XK?
You seem to be the only person who has first hand experience! Love my car but would like to do smokey burnouts once in a while, which the XK will not do.
    thanks

Thanks for the advice. Likely not a bad cell because I was able to charge it back up to over 13.4 volts and it is holding the voltage even with fair current draw. Unless it is a intermittent short in some cell or cells. There is no way for checking intermittent conditions.

Maybe a bad/weak cell ? Oreilly will check it for free.
